ALL STUDENTS ENROLLING IN SPEEDWAY SCHOOLS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

1. Birth Certificate (Guardianship)
2. Proof of Residency (Two Forms)

Proof Of Residency For Home Owners

1. Current mortgage statement or most recent Tax statement
2. Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, or Water)

Proof Of Residency For Renters

1. Current Lease with beginning and ending dates and names of all persons living in residence
2. Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, or Water)

*A Cell Phone Bill Is Not Acceptable Proof Of Residency

Log in to PowerSchool Parent.

On the left side, select Forms.

Complete forms A-K, and click Submit.
